When you book a consultation we collect only the information needed to arrange it: your name, email address, phone number, the consultation option and appointment time you choose, and the brief description of your concerns that you decide to share.

We use these details to verify your email address, confirm and manage your appointment, send booking, payment, reminder, rescheduling and cancellation messages, record whether your consultation fee has been received, and contact you about your care.

Your details are stored on a secured server and are accessible only to the practice. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. Emails are sent through our email provider only to deliver messages about your appointment.

This website does not store detailed clinical records, prescriptions or medical documents. Please do not send medical reports through this website; the practice will tell you how to share records securely if they are needed.

Payment is made by direct bank transfer. The website does not collect card or bank account details; it only records your payment status and any payment reference you share with the practice.

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide care and to meet legal, accounting and professional obligations. Booking requests that are never verified are deleted automatically.

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal details, or stop receiving non-essential messages, by contacting the practice using the details on the Contact page. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian data-protection law.
