Consultation terms

Consultations with Dr. Anita are provided virtually. The practice will share the joining details for your consultation before your appointment.

When you book, you choose a consultation option, such as an initial consultation that includes one follow-up visit. The fee and included visits shown when you book apply to your booking. All times are shown in India Standard Time (IST).

Your booking is confirmed once you verify your email address. Your fee is paid by direct bank transfer using the instructions in your confirmation. Please share your payment reference or confirmation with the practice on WhatsApp. Your booking remains marked Unpaid until the practice confirms that payment has been received.

An included follow-up visit is arranged by the practice after your initial consultation. Additional follow-up consultations for established patients are arranged by the practice.

Please provide accurate contact details and join your consultation on time. If you need to cancel, please follow the cancellation and refund policy.

Consultations provide neurological assessment and guidance, which may include nutritional and lifestyle recommendations alongside appropriate medical care. Individual results cannot be guaranteed.
